Cherry Blossoms & Robin's Nest

My friends and I traveled to Washington, D. C., for the National Cherry Blossom Festival.   What a great way to welcome spring!  We were told the trees were a gift from Japan.  I think the pink cherry blossoms are a beautiful contrast to the blue robin's eggs and decided to paint them on the same canvas.  I like the result.
