This is an unframed original abstract oil painting, entitled "Combat Action Ribbon." It is signed by me "Judith Rhue" and dated "2011" in the lower right corner. It is also painted on the sides.

This painting was inspired by the medals and ribbons displayed in a frame in my husband's office.  He is a Vietnam veteran.

The Combat Action Ribbon is a personal military decoration of the United States Navy, United States Marine Corps, and United States Coast Guard. It is awarded to those who have actively participated in ground or surface combat and rendered satisfactory performance under enemy fire while actively participating in a ground or surface engagement. THANK YOU ALL VETERANS!!!

Quality, professional grade oil paints and refined linseed oil were used on a stretched, gallery wrap, 100% cotton duck canvas.
